You can permanently delete your SAT ACT Ready account (developer: EGGHEAD Engineering Inc.) and its data at any time — from the app, from the website, or by email.
In the iPhone or Android app
- Sign in and open the Me tab (parents: the Parent screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out on every device.
On the website
- Sign in at satactready.com and open Account.
- Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
By email
Can't sign in? Email madison@satactready.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner). A parent or guardian can request deletion of their student's account the same way.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password hash, birth year and grade.
- All study history: practice answers, diagnostics and score estimates, review queue, Mistake Journal, lessons, study plans, streaks and badges.
- AI tutor conversations, parent links and invite codes, app sign-in sessions, push-notification tokens, and product analytics events.
- Your subscription record with us. A web (Square) subscription is cancelled first so you are not charged again.
What is kept
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account — Apple and Google manage them. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Payment records held by Apple, Google or Square under their own policies.
- Routine server logs and encrypted database backups, which age out within 30 days. Nothing is restored from them after deletion.
